Flying the GBBCC Banner at a Club Event
The purpose of the GBBCC is to increase the popularity of our common interest, British cars.
The Club is open to any British car owner (sorry, no motorcycles) and the vehicles may or may not be roadworthy. We also welcome people who share our common interest in British cars, even if they currently do not own one … maybe we can help you find one?
There are many car clubs in Ontario but they are not conveniently located for people living in the Georgian Bay area and most of us find it difficult to take the time to attend their meetings and events. Our intent is to complement existing clubs and to encourage participation in each other’s events where possible.
The aim of the GBBCC is for us to promote our knowledge and love of British cars. By developing relationships and friendships, the Club will be a friendly and social gathering place for sharing our interest in driving, maintaining, and enjoying our precious “toys”. We strongly encourage the participation of our spouses and children, so that Club events are fun for everyone.
We hold monthly meetings and get together on road trips, travel to auto shows, have guest speakers on various topics, enjoy cruise nights and social gatherings, work on projects, and occasionally have movie nights in the winter months, etc.
